A new system with the installed price on the page: equipment and installation together, the same number you'd check out with in our shop. No dealer markup, no pile of add-ons.
With three or four systems in many Southlake homes, the right move is usually a matched replacement on the system that carries the most load, sized from the actual duct layout rather than the old nameplate. We bring the real installed number, not a starting-at price.
Southlake houses are big, and three- and four-system homes are common. That changes the math: a matched replacement on the system that carries the most load, sized from the actual duct layout rather than the nameplate, is usually the right move. We bring the real installed number, not a starting-at price.

Step 1
Text a photo of the outdoor unit's data plate and your address, or book a visit. That's usually enough to know what's there now.
Step 2
We size from the house and the duct layout, not just the old nameplate, and quote a matched system: outdoor unit, coil and furnace or air handler that belong together.
Step 3
Most single-system replacements are done in a day. Old equipment is hauled away.
Step 4
The new system is started, charged and checked before we leave, and you're shown how it runs.
Installed price by size: equipment plus installation, the same numbers you can check out with in our shop. Posted prices are final: no sales tax or fees added. Every option is on theacfactory.com/shop.

Not necessarily. The most common reasons a system stops cooling are a clogged condensate drain line, a dirty air filter, and a failed capacitor. Check the drain line first: when it clogs, the float switch shuts the system off on purpose, and running a drain line cleaner through it can save you a visit and a trip charge. Then check the filter, since a clogged one can freeze the coil. If both look fine, it's often the capacitor on the outdoor unit. Leave that one to a technician, because it holds a charge even with the power off. Not sure what you're looking at? Book a video call and we'll walk you through it.
Book a $25 video callMost single-system changeouts are done in one day. Two-system homes, or jobs that need duct or electrical changes, can take longer; we'll tell you up front.
It depends on the house more than the old unit. We size from the square footage, the layout and the ductwork, and we'll tell you if the existing system was the wrong size to begin with.
Not automatically. If both units are the same age and the second is close behind, doing them together can make sense; if not, we replace the one that failed and tell you honestly how the other one looks.
Yes. See the financing page for current options, or ask when you get your quote.
