Pay structure
System prices are posted publicly on theacfactory.com. There is no sales quota and no upsell commission. Pay follows completed work, at the rates below. Jobs, hours, photos and pay all run through the company app.
Hourly
Starting rate from day one, including drive time, while you learn our install standard on real jobs.
Piece payNo cap
After qualification: a fixed amount per full system, changeout, or coil. A week's pay depends on what you install, not hours on the clock.
Your own customers
Sell a system to someone you know. It's installed under our license and insurance at our equipment pricing, and you're paid on the job.
Install rates
Per job, two-man crew. Split between the two installers.

One gas system and one coil changeout a day
$1,600 to the crew, $800 to each installer. Five days is $4,000; a six-day summer week is $4,800. The full rate card covers every install and repair type we do.
